Ray-Ban Meta glasses put a camera, open-ear speakers and the Meta AI assistant into classic Ray-Ban frames. Gen 3, launched in September 2026, is slimmer, lasts longer on a charge and adds a new Aviator and the cat-eye Zena to the Wayfarer.

Camera
A 12MP camera with 3K Ultra HD video, for hands-free photos and video. An LED lights up whenever you are recording.

Audio
Open-ear speakers for music and calls, and a six-microphone array Meta says cuts more than 90% of background noise.

Meta AI
Ask Meta AI about what you are looking at with “Hey Meta”, or use the customisable action button.

Battery
Up to nine hours on a charge for Gen 3, with extra charges from the case.

Prescription
Because they are Ray-Bans first, they can be glazed with prescription, sun or Transitions lenses.

Styles
Gen 3 comes as the Wayfarer, Aviator and Zena, in 27 colour and lens combinations.
Specifications are Meta’s figures for Gen 3. The glasses need the Meta AI app on a compatible phone and are for ages 13 and over.
